• Christ’s Birth in Bethlehem Demonstrated God’s Complete Faithfulness
  • Bethlehem was the city of Christ (verses 1-2)
  • As Christ, Jesus had to be born in Bethlehem because God is faithful (verses 3-5)
• The Lord’s Birth in Bethlehem Demonstrated God’s Deep Love for Us
  • The Lord was born in very humble circumstances (verses 6-7)
  • This was an expression of extraordinary love (verses 8-14)
• Our Savior’s Birth in Bethlehem was God’s Provision for Our Greatest Need
  • We have many wants but we need a Savior
  • Our Savior was born in Bethlehem to die on a cross 6 miles away
