Jesus has 3 driving concerns after rising from the dead…
- Concern #1 – Believe He Is Physically Alive After Having Died (verses 36-43)
- Jesus appeared in the midst of the disciples to prove He’d risen from the dead
- Why is that important? The Gospel!
- Concern #2 – Understand Scripture (verses 44-46)
- Jesus emphasized that His death and resurrection was consistent with Old Testament Scripture
- Jesus wants you to understand Scripture!
- Concern #3 – Proclaim the Gospel to All Nations (verses 47-49)
- Jesus gives them work to do
- Jesus wants you to do that work too!
