Give to Everyone the Grace God’s Given You
- Understand the Grace You’ve Received
- Verse 32 – we can be gracious because of what God has graciously forgiven us in Christ
- We must truly appreciate the magnitude of all we’ve been forgiven!
- Always Give Gracious Words
- We must speak truth (verse 25)
- But without sinning as we speak (or post)
- Always speak words that build up rather than rotting (verse 29)
- Always Have Gracious Hands
- We must care for the integrity of ALL our actions (verse 28)
- The purpose of honest work is to share with ANYONE in need
- There’s real need right now – we must be generous
- Always Have a Gracious Heart
- Our words and actions will eventually reflect whatever’s in our hearts
- Bitterness, wrath, and malice are terrible poisons within us (verse 31)
- Be tenderhearted and forgiving no matter what (verse 32)
