God is Still in Control – Share Christ this Christmas!
- God Remains Firmly in Control of Events
- Amidst ruin and royal failure, God gave a promise of Messiah (Isaiah 11:1-2)
- Jesus was born that Messiah (Matthew 3:13-17)
- Jesus has all authority (Matthew 28:18)
- God Will Bring About Lasting Justice and Peace Through Christ
- Christ will one day judge everyone in true justice
- Christ’s Kingdom will be one of perfect peace
- Because Christ is in Control, We Must Make Disciples
- God’s meticulous control is a wonderful comfort, but isn’t meant to leave us comfortable
- Our most fundamental task as followers of Jesus is to multiply (produce fruit)
