- Let the Endurance of Jesus Inspire You to Endure Difficult Times (verses 3-4)
- Consider the example of Jesus so you don’t give up
- Look at the endurance of Jesus for inspiration, strength, refreshment, and courage
- Understand and Appreciate God’s Discipline (verses 5-11)
- God permits suffering to strengthen and shape our faith and character
- God’s discipline demonstrates His love
- Endure in Community (verses 12-17)
- We aren’t meant to endure alone but in genuine Christian community
- We must help each other run our races together
