Our program is flexible; our classes are small and not rigidly structured and are led by qualified teachers who help meet each child’s individual needs, encourage independent behavior, and develop creativity.
MDO Preschool @ Lake Ridge Baptist Church
A Christian-based ministry teaching children ages 2 1/2 through 5 years of age.
Classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30 am- 1:30 pm.
Option for two days per week for children ages 2 1/2 and young 3 year olds.
Special guest presentations during the school year.

The preschool is in session on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30 am – 1:30 pm from September through May. We follow the Prince William County School’s schedule for vacation days, as well as for weather cancellations.
There are typically 10 in each class.
There are two staff members in each of the younger classes. In the older classes there is one staff member and one teacher assistant.
We try to make the educational process as exciting as possible for our preschoolers. MDO offers a field trip to the pumpkin patch, an art show/book fair, and a family night, as well as producing a Christmas pageant starring our preschoolers! We also invite several education groups to visit our children throughout the year.

Ana Rodriguez, MDO Director
Ana knew that Lake Ridge Baptist Church was where she and her family belonged the first time she set foot in the building when she was dropping off her daughter on her first day of preschool at MDO.
As an educator I have been working with children for more than twenty years and interacting with them and their families building long-lasting relationships. Working with them is one of the most rewarding things in the world!
