- God is Eternally and Endlessly Powerful, We Aren’t
- God is eternal and infinite in power (verse 28)
- Our power is quite limited (verse 30)
- God Permits Far More Than We Can Handle so We’ll Learn to Rely On His Strength
- The Gospel teaches us that God deals with problems too big for us
- Paul demonstrated how God empowers us to overcome things beyond our capacity (2 Corinthians 12:7-10)
- God routinely permits or gives us things we can’t handle (verses 29,31)
- God is Most Glorified and We’re Most Fruitful When We Live in God’s Strength Not Ours
- God is m ost glorified when He shines through our weakness (1 Peter 1:6-7)
- We grow into greatest fruitfulness and Kingdom impact through trials (James 1:2-4)
