Philip Vivirito has lived in Virginia his whole life, and actually grew up in the Woodbridge area. He attended Christopher Newport University from 2011-2015 and earned a degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies with a concentration in Pre-Seminary studies. During the summers of college Philip interned at a local church in the area as a youth intern and pastoral intern. After college, he moved to Roanoke to be a part of a fellows program called Blue Ridge Fellows.
Philip's passions include fellowshipping with friends, watching and playing sports, being outside, and studying theology and philosophy. One of his biggest passions is Ultimate Frisbee. His favorite author is C. S. Lewis, and almost certainly will quote him when he is speaking to a group of students.
Philip's favorite Bible verses are Acts 3: 6-8: "But Peter said, 'I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!' And he took him by the right hand and raised him up, and immediately his feet and ankles were made strong. And leaping up he stood and began to walk, and entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God."
