- The Lord Is Sovereign Over the Mightiest Powers on Earth (verses 1-7)
- God summons the nations to consider Him (verse 1)
- This brings terror to those who don’t know Him
- The Lord Is With His People (verses 8-9)
- Speaking to exiles, God reminds them He is with them
- This is true for us in Jesus Christ
- The Lord Helps His People (verses 10-13)
- God isn’t just an observer – He is actively helping and strengthening us
