This week we jump forward to Thursday of the Week that Changed the World. Early in Jesus’ final dinner He shocked His disciples by doing a disgusting chore beneath even a household slave – washing His disciples’ feet. As this act of humble service progressed, Jesus made clear that He was acting out the eternal salvation and daily forgiveness we receive in Christ AND setting an example of humble service that every Christian should follow.
